Ray Seballos | M.D.
Dr. Seballos is a graduate of John Carroll University where he graduated magna cum laude. He excelled in surgery while attending the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine. He completed residences in both general surgery and plastic surgery. He was certified by the American Board of Surgery in 1996, and the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1999. He has been in solo private practice since 1997. Dr. Seballos is currently the Director of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Parma Community General Hospital. He also has privileges at Southwest General Healthcare Center, Marymount Hospital, and The Surgery Center in Middleburg Heights. Dr. Seballos is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Jeffrey Viscomi | M.D.
Dr. Viscomi received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton. He then went on to graduate from Wright State University School of Medicine in the top 10% of his class. Following residency at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Viscomi began his Family Practice in Strongsville and quickly became a nationally recognized leader in primary care for his unique practice model. Dr. Viscomi is a member of the Aesthetics Practice Association and has completed extensive training in the use of laser in aesthetic procedures.
Joseph Ripepi | DPM
Dr. Ripepi received his Bachelor of Science degree from John Carroll University. He is a graduate of Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. He has been in solo practice since 1993. Dr. Ripepi currently has privileges at Parma General Community, Southwest General, Fairview General, Lakewood and Lutheran Hospitals. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Ripepi completed extensive training in laser use for the foot and ankle.
Sharon Chaney | LPN
Sharon is a licensed practical nurse with years of experience in skin care. She has received certifications in the operations of Jet Peel O2, Skin Rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion and LED Cold light therapy. She enjoys educating others about skin care and natural and organic products. Sharon assists our Doctors and performs skin consultations as well as a variety of skin treatments.
Emily Dadich | LMT & Coolsculpt Clinician
Emily has been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. While attending Ohio College of Massotherapy, she trained in Myofascial Release and Precision Neural Muscular Therapy. These techniques can help correct the underlying issues the result from soft tissue injuries. Along with her knowledge of therapeutic massage, she has always been intrigued by the restorative effects of relaxation massage. Emily is very excited to be part of the Docere Medical Spa family and to share her love for massage with others.
Dawn Fischer | Lead Esthetician & Certified Ulthera Clinician
Dawn is a licensed Managing Aesthetician and has been involved in the skin care industry for a number of years, first as a client and then as a professional. She has received certifications in the operations of Jet Peel O2 Skin Rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion and LED Cold light therapy. Dawn specializes in Anti-Aging Skin Care as well as the education of teens in proper skin care techniques. Clearing acne for people with problem complexions is of great importance to Dawn because of the role that clear skin plays in a person's confidence and self-esteem. She is a member of the AIA- Aesthetics International Association and also the National Rosacea Society.
Carly Carpenter | Managing Esthetician & Nutrition Coach
Carly is a licensed Managing Esthetician. Carly graduated at the top of her class and on the Dean's List from The Brown Aveda Institute in Rocky River. She has received certifications in the operations of Jet Peel O2 Skin Rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion, LED Cold light therapy, and Makeup Artistry. She also has a certification in Nutrition and Fitness with a Specialization in Weight Management. Carly believes that you must nurture your body and skin for your inner beauty to shine brightly through to your outer beauty. What you put into your body is just as important as what you put on top of your skin. Everyone has beauty, it's helping people to see it, embrace it, and care for it, that is her focus. Seeing someone smile at themselves in the mirror at every age, is what is most rewarding for Carly. Carly's passion for skincare and proper nutrition are combined in her own column, "Eating for Beauty," featured in Docere's Blog, "Dose of Docere."
Kathy Schwab | Licensed Cosmetic Therapist, Laser Technician, Coolsculpt & Certified Ulthera Clinician
Kathy became Docere's first Certified Ultherapy clinician in February 2012. She has since treated almost 150 patients at Docere with this ultrasound lifting technology. This past April Kathy completed advanced training at Ulthera’s headquarters in Phoenix Arizona mastering the most advanced techniques and newest protocals to ensure Docere continues to offer the best results and the safest, most comfortable procedures. In addition to her certifications in Ultherapy, Kathy is also a certified phlebotomist, medical assistant and is a certified personal trainer. She joined Dr. Jeffrey Viscomi’s staff in 1999. Kathy works aside Dr. Viscomi assisting him in laser treatments offered by Docere Medical Spa & Laser Center and is currently studying to become a Cosmetic Therapist/Laser Technician.
Jaudon Sunde | Certified Permanent Cosmetics Technician, Instructor Licensed Master Technician and a Paramedical Scar Camouflage Master Makeup Artist
Jaudon’s practice area is Permanent Cosmetics (Medical Micro-pigmentation), a revolutionary method of applying micro-insertions of natural pigments into the dermal layer of the skin for aesthetic reasons, camouflage of scars and skin conditions or to support reconstructive surgery. Jaudon has been a seminar speaker and instructor and her makeovers have been featured on TV’s Inside Edition; she’s been interviewed in Inform Magazine and she has worked with TV’s Good Morning Texas and “D” Magazine. Jaudon's permanent cosmetic work has been seen on WKYC, WEWS, WJW, WBNX television and featured in Mimi's, Cleveland Women's Journal and Cleveland Magazines.
